I am a mental health therapist providing counseling services by telehealth to individuals in Arkansas or in person in Bentonville, Arkansas.

I work with people ages 18 and up on issues like:

• Trauma

I have years of experience working with adolescents and adults in agency, school based, and private practice settings.  I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for (individuals and couples) and have specialized training to treat trauma.  I am also passionate about working through grief.  I have facilitated groups for individuals who have lost a loved one to suicide.  I understand this form of grief after sitting with many hurting people and also losing my own friend to suicide.
